VALTA’s customer focused origination team also works directly with host customers interested in going solar with a Power Purchase Agreement.

VALTA’s pre-determined host requirements, standardized PPA, EPC, O&M, lease documents and technical specifications provide for a comprehensive and efficient due diligence process. These can be tailored to investor preferences if part of a larger program when desired.

Comprehensive Technical Expertise
VALTA’s technical team, which includes a team of engineers and project managers, streamline all aspects related to the EPC delivery process, as well as asset management.

VALTA also has an in-house team in engineering, development and legal resources to bring projects from concept to completion as quickly as possible.

VALTA maintains a standardized set of technical specifications which need to be met, with limited substitution requests, for every solar project that we acquire. VALTA also contracts with independent engineers to ensure project accuracy and maintain industry standards.
